Your payment holds your place. It covers the start and your first month. If we can’t take the job, we refund it.
What you get
How it works
A new site for a business that’s already selling, then hosting and updates every month. This page walks through what happens, what you send, and how you leave.
The live page has a job
Hours that are right. A short list. A way to write you. That’s the shape. The frame is a design example, not a live business. More are on Examples.
Today’s list and when the window shuts. No cart.
The first two weeks
About two weeks from your brief is typical. A busy queue can stretch it.
Right after you pay, you fill in a short brief: hours, 6–12 photos, the words you already use, and anything about the look that matters to you. We email you how to give us access to your domain, with no passwords. Local also needs manager access on the Google listing.
We design it and send a draft on a private link. You get one round of revisions before it goes live.
The site goes live on your domain and we host it month to month. Updates after that are hours, menus, photos, words, and small fixes. Most go live within two business days.
You run the business. We design the site.
Good sites come from a clear brief and room to work. Tell us what matters before we start, then let us make the calls. If the first draft misses, tell us what feels off. One round of revisions is included before launch. Skipping rounds of small decisions is how a site goes live in two weeks, not two months.
Tell us up front
- Your logo and the colors you already use
- A site or two you like, and one you don’t
- Anything that has to be on the page
- Who your customers are and what they ask most
Leave to us
- Layout, fonts, and spacing
- Which photo goes where
- How it reads and works on a phone
- The small calls that add up to a site that works
What you send. What we do.
You send
- Access to your domain. No password
- Hours and the words on the door
- Photos you already have
- Your current website, if there is one
- Google listing access, Local only
We do
- A new site, built from scratch. We don’t take over someone else’s build
- Hosting, backups, and the secure padlock in the browser
- The updates in your plan
The month
Oversight is the new site, hosting, and updates. Signal adds private site stats, live hours, and a review block on the page. Local adds Google listing care, a map of where people tap, and monthly improvements based on it. Custom starts on the form, including for businesses where Oversight is too much. Prices and the full lists are in Plans.
To stop, write us 30 days ahead. Months already paid aren’t refunded. Year two costs the same as year one. After 12 paid months you can ask for a folder of the site files, though it may not work the same on another host.
Questions people ask before they pay
I already have a site.
We build a new one. We do not host, patch, or take over a site someone else built.
I want to talk first.
Use the form and pick Custom. Tell us about the business and what you need. It’s the fastest way to reach us, and we write back by email.
What if I hate the first draft?
Tell us what feels off. One round of revisions is included before it goes live. After launch, the month covers hours, photos, words, and small layout fixes. A full redesign or rebrand later is Custom.
What if I leave after the first month?
Write us 30 days before you want service to end. Months already paid aren’t refunded, and the folder of site files comes after 12 paid months.
What shows on the card?
