When does work start?
As soon as your first payment goes through. Then you fill in a short brief, and we reply the same day or the next business day with how to give us access to your domain, with no passwords. Plan on about two weeks to go live once we have the brief and your photos, then the monthly updates begin.
Do I get a say in the design?
Yes, up front. In your brief, send your logo, your colors, photos, and a site or two you like. Then we make the design calls. You get one round of revisions on the first draft. That’s how it stays fast.
Do you only work in Maine?
No. We’re based in Augusta, Maine and take work anywhere, on the same plans. For clients within about two hours’ drive, we come by when a visit helps the work. Visits are for clients, not sales calls, so new work starts on the form.
What if Oversight is too much for my business?
Tell us. Pick Custom on the form and say what you need. We’ll write back with what fits a business your size.
How do I cancel?
Write us at least 30 days before you want service to end. It ends at the close of the paid period after that, and months already paid aren’t refunded. After 12 paid months, you can ask for a folder of the website files.
Card or bank?
You start on a card, and the price already covers the card fee. After you start, you can switch to paying from your bank. We don’t send invoices.
What if a payment misses?
Thirty days past due, the live website becomes a construction page with your contact info. Fifteen days after that with no payment, it comes down. Cards expire, so ask about bank debit if you want fewer gaps.
What is not included in the monthly updates?
A new page structure, a rebrand, a full redesign, or an online store. A big rebrand can be phased in or done as one flat-priced overhaul under Custom.
Can I ask a question first?
Yes. The form below is the fastest way to reach us. Pick Custom and ask in the notes. The mail button works too.
